Our biggest current need at Sunbeams is for a team of people to set up each week. Everything is stored out of the way while the building is used for other groups during the week, but every Tuesday it needs to be got out and put in place ready.

When: Set up is done on the Tuesday ready for Wednesday. The building is normally free on Tuesday afternoon so it can be done anytime after 1:00pm and can be opened up in the evening if needed.

Time: 1 hour once a month. We hope that with a couple more helpers this could be even less

We have a number of youth activities that cover all age range. We currently have space for some more helpers to help run these groups and ensure we have safe ratios in each one. These aren’t leading roles but being available to watch, care and support the work and ensure the children who come are well looked after.

We are in need of a few people who would like to help manage and care for our graveyard on Newlands Drive. It would involve regular mowing and general upkeep. If you are interested in helping please contact Jeremy here

We would like to invite anyone who is interested in looking at sustainability and environmental issues as they relate to our church to join a team. This may mean anything from buying Fairtrade teabags to installing solar panels/heat pumps. If you are interested in joining such a team then please contact us here.
